[Resolved] Attached screen grab Toolset error, how do I reset to 01621 site Thanks

This support ticket is created 2 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Every Toolset site key is generated for an individual website's URL/address, which is why when that is changed in any way, you'll need to generate a new one.

Please go to Toolset's sites management section ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ) and generate a new site key, making sure to use the same address that is set in the website's "Site Address" field.
( at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )

After that, you can register this new site key on your website and it will activate.
