Tell us what you are trying to do?
To show the pins for all my products on the archive page
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I've followed the documentation, the pins show on the single product fields, but not on the archive page.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
Yes, please look at the example screenshot.
This is just a very basic layout. I thought it could be something to do with my maps API, but then it wouldn't work on the website at all?
I think I have set the map up correctly for my archive page, however, it doesn't seem to pull the address information up from the single page listings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
From the screenshots, your steps seem to be correct, but to troubleshoot this in detail, I'll need to see exactly how this is set up in the admin area.
Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the link to this archive page?
Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar
Hi,
Thank you for sharing the admin access.
During troubleshooting, I noticed that the "Dynamic source" option is selected in the Map block's settings, which should be changed to "View block".
( screenshot: hidden link )
The "Dynamic source" option works when the marker information is needed from a single post, but when the list of multiple posts is involved from post views or WordPress Archives, the "View block" option needs to be selected.
( ref: https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/display-posts-on-maps/#using-views-as-the-source-of-the-markers )
I hope this helps and I apologize as I should've spotted this in your earlier screenshot.
You're welcome to start a new ticket for each new question or concern.
regards,
Waqar
I really appreciate the help!
Maybe I should have read the documentation a little more thoroughly.
A last question on this particular topic, if you don't mind.
When creating the preview on the popup settings;
In the single page listing, using simple HTML "<br>" or "<br />" works to tab down to the next line.
However, in the Archive page, this doesn't seem to be the case.
Do the dynamic and views source work differently?
Thanks for writing back.
I was able to reproduce this issue on my test website. It only happens when some HTML is inserted in the "Pop-up content" field of the map block, only when editing a WordPress Archive.
Thank you for bringing this forward and I've passed on these findings with the concerned team for further review. We'll keep you updated on the progress through this ticket.
regards,
Waqar
Is there any update on this at all?
Thanks for checking in.
I've checked and a fix for this issue is planned to be covered in the upcoming release of the Toolset Maps plugin.

I'm afraid, I don't have a time estimate to share at this time, but I'll update you through this ticket, once it is out.
Thank you for your patience.
Hi,
I'd like to update that the latest releases of Toolset Maps (2.0.3) include a fix for this issue.
You're welcome to update the plugins and let us know in case the issue still persists.
regards,
Waqar
Hi there,
The problem still seems to be there.
At the moment, I have simply got a post link
I wanted to add a logo above that, but when I add the park logo, this breaks the popup (still).
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
Apologies Waqar, I hadn't updated my maps plugin, it seems to be working a dream now.
Thank you for chasing it up and letting me know 🙂
Stay Safe!
