Thank you for contacting us and I’d be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot why the form is not submitting properly, my first recommendation would be to check if there are any script errors or warnings shown in the browser’s console.

You can also test the form submission, with all other plugins disabled, except the Toolset. If the form is submitted correctly without other plugins, you can start activating them, one-by-one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

In case the issue still persists, we’ll need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site ( preferably, to a test site where the problem has been replicated ).

This access will allow us to offer better help and check if some configurations or form code might need to be changed.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and our support team will have access to it.

If you’re going to share the access details for the live/production website, it is very important that a complete backup of your database and website has been made.

We would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Thanks for writing back and for sharing the login details.

During troubleshooting, I noticed that the first field in the form ( "Applications Title" ) was hidden using inline CSS code:

Since this field is required, and it is not hidden using our conditional group shortcode ( [cred_show_group] ), it is still processed for validation. Its inline validation message for a required field is also not visible because of that inline CSS code.

To avoid that, you can either remove that CSS code and make that field visible or wrap it inside conditional shortcode that will remain false, making sure that the title field is not visible and not validated:
