Problem:
I'm trying to create a custom search as per the below document, but my search fields appear with different styling, unlike toolset's example, which appears neat and tidy with equal heights. How can I adjust that for my site?
Solution:
You might clear your browser cache or try with another browser, and test again.
And you can follow the document you mentioned above to style the search form, section "How to style a search and results"

I have checked the URL you mentioned above with my Chrome browser, it works fine, see my screenshot search-form-style.JPG.
