Hi there. In my wordpress site I created a new custom post type named "adesioni" (wich is "subscriptions") and a new post form wich allow to insert a new subscription. When the user submit the form, he's redirect to a woocommerce cart to complete the purchase (as in the site I added either the Toolset Forms Commerce and Toolset WooCommerce Blocks plugins)
When the order status change to "complete", the status of the custom post type will be consistently updated
Now, This not happen when the user do his purchase directly by the woocommerce shop, as he's allowed to do in the site.
Is there a way to "add" to a "adesioni" custom post type any purchase the user done?
Thank you very much

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Your observation is correct and any changes that you've set to be linked to "adesioni" post created through Toolset Form would only work, if the form is used for the order.

In the case of direct order placement through WooCommerce, the Toolset Form is not used, therefore, any operations linked to the form would also not execute.

I'm afraid, there is no built-in method or hook available to link the two, so it would be best to limit the order placed on the website, only through the Toolset Form.

regards,
Waqar
