Tell us what you are trying to do? We've recently updated Toolset, and the "Accepting Patients" taxonomies aren't showing up in the admin panel for the Doctors post types. I've attached a screenshot, the red circle shows where there should be options for Accepting for Botox, Accepting for Weight Mgmt., etc.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. With the screenshot you shred I can see the taxonomy "Accepting Patients" with your post type "Doctors" at the left admin menu.

Can you please share problem URL and access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

After login to admin - I can first see that you are using really outdated version of Toolset Views and Layouts plugin.

We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version. Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you update all Toolset plugins - do you see it working? If no:
In order to minimise the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the theme/plugin you are using:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference? If no:
I will require duplicator copy of your install to check whats going wrong with your site.

Hi Minesh,

Thanks again for the help. I've updated Toolset Views and Layouts as per your instructions, that unfortunately did not solve the issue.

I then deactivated all plugins aside from Toolset Views, Types and Layouts, and changed the theme to one of the WordPress default themes. That also did not solve the issue.

I noticed that the theme we're using, Avada, just released new updates as well, so I've done those and we still have the same issue.

I tried to create a copy of the site using Duplicator, but I run into issues during the packaging process that won't allow the process to finish.

The "staging2." website that I've given you access to is our staging site, so please feel free to make any changes you need to that version. We have multiple backups of the site elsewhere.

Will that work, or do you still require a copy of the site via duplicator?

Have you tried to switch the theme to default "twentytwenty" - do you still see the same issue? If yes:
- Obviously I will require a duplicator copy of your site as the staging site is too slow for me

If you agree - I will try to grab a duplicator copy from your staging site.

Hi Minesh,

I've tried using the 2020 template this morning, with all plugins except for Toolset deactivated, and I still have the same result.

I was finally able to get the Duplicator plugin to create a package, I had to add a filter to exclude the /uploads folder but I'm guessing this won't affect your work, as that would be mostly images, etc.

I've created a WeTransfer package with the installer.php and .zip files, please find the link below:

Please let me know if you need anything else, and thanks again!

Thank you for sharing duplicator.

I installed the dupicator copy on my machine and it seems that taxonomy you created is broken somehow or having issues.

I tried to create a new Taxonomy "New Accepting Patients" from Toolset => Taxnomies and assigned this taxonomy to post type "Doctors".

Then I've added few terms to this taxonomy and then when I try to add/edit post of post type Doctors, I can see the taxonomy is there.

What if you try to create a new taxonomy - will that help?
