I try to activate otg installer in wordpress but it wont active. Ive tried install it again and again but no luck. I tried some other plug ins to see if they activate and they did.

Please check these in your website:
1) Check if there is any PHP errors in your website:

2) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2022, and test again
Thanks for the instruction but i can´t shut down everything and change themes and hope that it will work, because something will go wrong and then my website will be totally messed up. I can´t take that chance, this is still a learning curve for me. Íll just change to some other software that works form the start. Thanks anyway.
Did you get the PHP debug logs when you activate the OTGS Installer plugin?
As a workaround, you can try these:
1) install Toolset Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
click link "Download Toolset manually".
2) Dashboard-> Plugins-> Add New-> Commercial
