I am trying to:
-> I have a "View" containing contact information from my users. It shows perfectly correct, if I show the View in a independent page. (screenshot 2)
-> BUT, if I insert it in a Buddypress page (I mean, in a page inside de Buddypress Profile, called "My contact information", the View duplicate the information. (screenshot 1)
It's weird because other Views with similar information, inside Buddypress shows correctly.
🙁
-> If you need so, I can give you admin access to have a look.
Yo can access and see the issue inside the Buddypress section called "Vista perfil produccion"
I expected to see:
View Information only 1 time.
Instead, I got:
View information 2 times
Hello,
I have tried the "WordPress access details" you provided above, it is not valid, so I can not see the problem, please provide an valid admin account, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, where and how do you insert the view's shortcode.
thanks
I have tried it again, after I fill the username and password, submit the login form, it redirect me to the login form without any error message, see screenshot login.JPG, so I can not log into your website and see the problem.
You can also provide a copy of your website in below private message box, I can try to duplicate the same problem and debug it in my localhost, thanks
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/
Unfortunately, it is the same problem using the new account, no error message, please provide the duplicator package
Thanks for the details, I am downloading the files, will update here if there is anything found.
Here are what I found:
1) I can see the problem you mentioned above,
2) But this problem is not related with Views plugin or other Toolset plugins, for example, you can edit the problem page:
hidden link
remove the view's shortcode: [wpv-view name="usuario-guia-de-produccion"], replace it with some text: abcde
3) Test it in front-end, you should be able to see the text "abcde" twice.
I have tried to deactivate all Toolset plugins, the same problem persists.
So there should be other compatibility problem in your website, I suggest you try these:
1) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, then activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
