Hi,

after installing reference site ("Dog Walkers") I am getting "Â" in front of currency symbol (£). However only on frontpage and service-type pages. Not on individual profile pages.
I have two questions:
1) how do I get rid of the Â?
2) How can I change currency to DKK instead of £.

Best regards,
Anders

Hi Anders,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've tested that reference website on my test server, but couldn't reproduce this issue of "Â" characters.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

To change the currency symbol, you can click the relevant block in the editor and replace it with DKK.

regards,
Waqar
