I am trying to: access unrestricted pages

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: a regular page (no reading restrictions for no-one)

Instead, I got: the login form form my content template that I created to be shown as an error when there are not permissions (e.g. accessing a custom post type) - if I edit the page with elementor all the content is still there. Somehow it just keeps applying the content template from toolset

Hi Olivier,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot why the template with the login form is showing for the unrestricted pages, I'll need access to the website's admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

Your next reply will be private, which means only you and our support team will have access to it.

Important note: Please make a complete backup copy of the website, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Kindly only use for trouble shooting. This is a live e-store. If you need to do any risky operations I will create a cloned website and provide you the access details of said website shortly.

Hi Olivier,

Thank you for sharing the access details.

I've checked the "Adopt a Cat" page that you referred to ( hidden link ) and noticed that it is set to use a content template "Access Restricted for non-subscribers" ( hidden link ).

If you'll check the contents of that template, you'll find that it is wrapped in two different conditional blocks.
( screenshot: hidden link )

The first one shows when a visitor (who is not logged-in) visits the page and the second one shows when a logged-in user visits the page.

You can learn more about these conditional blocks from this guide:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/conditional-html-output-in-views/

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Olivier,

No changes were made to your website while I looked into the template.

Also, I just tested a couple of pages from the website and they seem to be accessible just fine.
