Problem:
The issue here is that when the user is adding a new taxonomy some of the UI elements are missing.
Solution:
In this user's case it was the mbstring php module not active. I would recommend contacting the hosting provider and asking them to enable this module

The issue here is that the user wanted to add image fields to his Woocommerce Taxonomies.

Problem: How to display taxonomy term custom field using PHP
Solution: To display the Types field using PHP, you can display it by using Types PHP API function types_render_termmeta()

Problem: How to remove the taxonomy slug from taxonomy archive pages?
