Problem:
Pagination not working for archive

Solution:
User were using Oxygen plugin which is taking over the post type archives. Deactivating that plugin resolved the issue.

Problem:
Taxonomy Archives – Product Categories - change posts per page

Solution:
You should use the WordPress hook "pre_get_posts" to override the number of posts to display.

Problem:

When the search and displays the results, the pagination does not update and the number of pages indicated does not correspond to the number of pages of the search.

Solution:

The shortcode [wpv-pager-nav-links] is required to be putted into filter meta HTML or layout meta HTML, for example:

Problem: I would like to filter a View by category, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Solution: In this case, the View was placed in a Beaver Themer Archive template. This is not the recommended way to create archives. Either create an archive following the guide below, or place this View on another custom page.
