Datepicker returns weird numeric value
Started by: jelle-jacobd
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I am trying to display a date from a Types custom field, but instead I see a long number. Solution: Types date fields store information as Unix timestamps in the database. To show a formatted date like "6 Januari" you can use the format option in a Types field shortcode: [types field='datum' style='text' format='j F'][/types] Relevant Documentation: |

Hiding WP Bakery rows when content is conditiional
Started by: jelle-jacobd
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I'm trying to hide a row which contains a conditional statement/data. I tried to switch back to general editor for adding the conditional statement so the row isn't visible anymore, that works. But after switching back to WP Bakery for further editing, WP Bakery adds extra rows for the conditional statement and also one for the closing tag. Solution: You can create a Views content template, put the [wpv-conditional] shortcode into this content template, then display the content template shortcode where you want using [wpv-post-body] shortcode, for example: [wpv-post-body view_template="my-content-template-slug"] Relevant Documentation: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/view-templates/ |

WooCommerce attribute filter
Started by: jelle-jacobd
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: To filter a WooCommerce attribute on a certain value, in this case: ingress-protection and put the result in a shortcode. Only when the value returned is 'IP65 from Optical side', 'IP40 from Optical side' or 'IP44 from Optical side', the value should be displayed. Like in the example below for IP65. I'm not sure how to create a function out of it en put in a shortcode so I could use it some other elements in my theme. Solution: It needs custom codes, see details here: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/woocommerce-attribute-filter/#post-1156148 Relevant Documentation: |

Add some extra labels to post type

Problem: I would like to give the Archive title and my menu title/label in WordPress back-end a different value. Solution: There isn't such kind of feature within Types plugin, in your case it needs custom codes, for example: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/add-some-extra-labels-to-post-type/#post-1132521 Relevant Documentation: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/get_the_archive_title/ |
