I have renewed the plugin but toolset still says expired

Problem: The customer could not update Toolset because the Commercial tab showed the message that the subscription was expired and the plugin was not marked as up to date. Solution: The site key needed to be revalidated. The customer was advised to unregister Toolset from the site from the Commercial tab, then register it again using a newly generated site key from toolset.org. This resolved the issue. |
