	Change post author is not possible in custom post types Started by: David Gimenez in: Toolset Professional Support Quick solution available Problem: I can change authors for posts but I can't change gratuit users for my custom post type. Solution: Please try these: 1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access Control-> Custom Roles Create a new user role, for example Gratuit2, option "Copy privileges from" choose "Author", 2) Assign those specific users to new user role Gratuit2, and test again. Taxonomy A - Custom post type 1 - Custom post type 2 - Custom post type 3 Taxonomy B - Custom post type 4 - Custom post type 5 - Custom post type 6 Solution: This can be done by using our nested view setup.
