I have updated to the latest version of WordPress and the issue of the zip file not opening is still happening.
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you but I have been off ill for the last week or so and am only just catching up with things now.
The previously supplied log in credentials are still valid

Hi Chris,
This is actually a server issue and not much we can do here.
You server seems to be blocking this functionality. What you can do is to check the php logs for your site to see if there are any errors being thrown there that are related to the Toolset Module managers plugin.
