This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I'm trying to use your training system but it doesn't work.
it's very slow and I have to wait over 15 minutes to view the home and about 15 minutes to access in.
This is not usable.
In addition your site is also slow.
Can I do something to fix this? I tried with different browsers and machine and using my connection vavigating a ot of other site in the world but I have this issue just with your sites.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

I cannot find anything about this issue

Is there a similar example that we can see?

The issue is related. I would like to use the training sustem but it is vere, very slow

What is the link to your site?

I have more than one but the issue is not realted to my site but to your site.And... I also have to tell you that you contact service it's very hard to use, so the only way to contact you was just write here (i'm not sure this is the right departmente but I cannot finf another way)

no it go slow but we can access it... (remember we are in Italy .-) )

The big problem is related to this are:

Anyway today it seems go better, all you site are a bit slow on our side.

I have tried the URL you mentioned above with my Chrome browser, the load time is 460ms, see my screenshot discover-wp.JPG

And I have tried with other website speed tools using IP of Milan, Italy, see the result here:

Don't see any problem.

And Toolset.com is using AWS CDN systems, there might be a connection issue between your network with AWS servers.

Hello again Luo,
if you are happy that's fine, I can guarantee you that the site is slow but obviously it is useless to insist.

In fact, I already told you that the discover-wp link worked better but you can be sure that yesterday it didn't work and that today it works occasionally. But I repeat if ours is a competition to see who is right, you won 🙂

Maybe try using pingdom or gt metrix as well and also trust what a user tells you 🙂

As I mentioned above, there might be some connection issue between you local IP and AWS CDN server, you can update here if the problem still persists.
