In my Toolset dashboard, I am attempting to create an archive page for my Projects post type. The error message is "Your theme’s template file for displaying Project items is missing custom fields.". When I click Resolve, I am instructed to download another plugin (OTGS) which other support tickets tell me is not necessary, since I already have Toolset installed and which WILL NOT ACTIVATE. I am going in circles trying to follow the directions at https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-a-custom-archive-page/. I am dead in the water at step #1. I do not know what I am supposed to do to "RESOLVE" the issue.

Hi there,

Please follow the steps mentioned in the chat to see if it fixes the issue in question. If not, please get back to us to follow up.

Thank you.

I was not able to complete the first instruction in the list:

"Make sure that you are logged in wpml.org."

I have no account there. My account is here at toolset.com. This is where I purchased the plugin. Perhaps that explains the difficulty you encountered. I don't know what's changed since I first bought Toolset Types here, but no account was created for me at wpml.org.

I have installed Toolset Blocks, so now I need to create the archive template. I will open a separate ticket if I encounter additional issues. Thanks.
