I am trying to: edit a page that looked fine earlier today

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: you'll have to log in and view in the edit screen

I expected to see: the normal layout I saw earlier

Instead, I got: an error message where the container block should be and malformed layout of the rest of the page

The only change I have made since editing the page a few hours ago was to the activate the features in Astra Pro. Given that it's one of your recommended themes I bought a copy but if this proves to be the cause of the error then it begs the question, why recommend this theme?

I have since de-activated the features but the error remains.

Hello, I just logged in and checked the Page editor here:
hidden link

At first glance, I did not see the block error you described. So I checked the Astra Theme Options page and found none of the Pro modules active, so I clicked "Activate All". Before and after screenshots attached here. Then I returned to the Page editor and refreshed the page, but I still cannot reproduce the block error you experienced. The top-level container block is functioning as expected as far as I can tell.

Are you able to see the problem now?
- If you are able to see the problem now, perhaps the issue appears for specific Users or in specific browsers. I'm using the ToolsetSupport login. Can you try logging in with that User account to see if the problem occurs for you there? Also can you tell me which browser you are using?
- If you are not able to see the problem now, perhaps there was a caching issue while you were testing? Or maybe I need to activate a specific combination of Astra Pro modules to see the issue? Can you provide more step-by-step details to reproduce the problem now in the block editor?

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

As it didn't occur when you checked, even when you activated all the Astra Pro options then I'll put this down to a browser/caching glitch. It's not appearing for me either now.

Thanks.
