I followed the steps but didn't resolve the issue

It works on on staging now. Will need to apply the changes to live. Can you point me to the exact name within the options table because I'm a little confused because this bit still shows "yes" as seen on the screenshot. Thank you very much.
I applied the db changes on the live site but it's still not fixed.
It's already set to NO on the live site for wpv_database_version
