[Resolved] Xprofile fields are not showing as a option to be selected

This support ticket is created 7 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Importing tab-delimited or comma-separated values into a multiple option Types field of any kind isn't supported, unfortunately. The data format for these tab-delimited fields is incompatible with Types field data formats, where each option is stored as a separate value in postmeta. You would have to write custom code to translate tab-delimited data values into separate postmeta entries using a PHP or SQL script. I am not able to provide custom data transformation scripts here in the forum, but you may be able to work with one of our contractors to get this sorted out:
