hidden link (correct)
hidden link (stopped working in May)
hidden link (stopped working in May)

Any ideas why this stopped working? I can't figure it out and feedburner won't let me ping "hidden link" which is usually what I do when it stops working. TY.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The feed functionality is offered and managed by WordPress, out-of-the-box and Toolset plugins don't have any effect on that.
( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-feeds/ )

It seems like the cache settings of your website's server or CDN are showing the older copy of the blog page.

When I view the blog page directly ( hidden link ), I see the "Top Tips For Tennis Travelers | Packing, Carry On Bags, TSA Regulations" from May, as the latest post.

But, if add some URL parameter like ?no-cache=true at the end of the blog page's URL, it shows the "How to Plan a US Open Series Road Trip | Atlanta, Washington DC" post from June, as the latest one:
hidden link

And if you've used this blog page as a source for the FeedBurner feed, that would explain why it is still showing the post from May.

I'll recommend using the ?no-cache=true URL for the FeedBurner settings and also adjusting your website's cache/CDN settings so that the cache is automatically cleared periodically and with changes in the posts/content.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for this. I changed the original feed URL in feedburner to hidden link

But now it jumped back to April, and it's showing full articles and not the RSS post type. It's just pulling regular posts. I tried resyncing and pinging, but neither is working.

Thanks for writing back.

The correct URL feed for the post type "RSS" should be:
hidden link
(note the two URL parameters are joined using '&' and not '?' )

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
