Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to build the template page with WPBakery as guttenberg is terrible and without WPBakery the styling of the page looks horrible for single pages. It lets me click the build with WPBakery but then doesnt let me. It just glitches. I also want to create the page with a list of posts and a search bar and that didn't work either. This is meant to be an easy system to work....

Is there any documentation that you are following? I have followed all your guides and searched for other peoples threads and spent hours searching google.

What is the link to your site? Please tell me where i can submit secure login details for my site

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This seems a known issue to us and here is the errata page for that:
- https://toolset.com/errata/can-no-longer-edit-content-templates-with-wp-bakery-page-builder/

Can you please try to use the workaround share and check if that help you to resolve the issue.

Thank you that has fixed the WP Bakery issue, i can now lay the fields you provide out in the way i want to, so thank you.

Can you point me into the right direction for the instructions on how to create the main page of these posts please. I need all the posts to appear on one page but with a search bar at the top to be able to search and filter the posts ( which in this case are members ) I cannot see how or where to sort this template out. With a blog, they all just appear on the /blog age you create but i have no idea how to set the page i need for all of these and to add the search and show them all on that page. Thank you

Toolset WP Bakery page builder comes in picture when you create and assign the content template which is build using Toolset blocks/views.

If you want to create a new page you can directly use the WP bakery page builder and you can create a view in classic mode. You should not mix both WP Bakery and Gutenberg page builders.

Here is the information about how you can enable the legacy view and then create your desired custom search view using it:
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/enabling-legacy-version-of-toolset-views/

Then you can create a custom search using view:
=> https://toolset.com/documentation/legacy-features/views-plugin/front-page-filters/

And build your page suing WP Bakery page builder and add view shortcode to display the view.

Sorry but this page: https://toolset.com/course-lesson/enabling-legacy-version-of-toolset-views/ does not clearly explain how to make the landing page.

I have created a new page, yes it can be edited with Visual Composer as any page can be but it doesn't explain what short code to enter to show all the new custom posts.

It allows me to enter
Standard WordPress fields, taxomy , my custom fields etc by the button but it is not clear wat to add to show all the results ( all the blog posts - which are now members in my case ) on one page and then to add a search to that page also.

All i need to do is this:

1. Add new posts ( members ) by filling in the custom fields i have created. They are now showing fine on there single pages just like a single blog does.
2. I need to create the landing page where they all show, like a /blog page before you go into single blog posts
3. i need to add a search panel onto that landing page so users can search the members ( search the blog posts)

To list all posts and filter it, you should create a custom search view:
- https://toolset.com/documentation/legacy-features/views-plugin/front-page-filters/

To generate the shortcode, you can go to:
=> Toolset => Settings => Admin bar options section and select option "Show the Toolset shortcodes menu in the admin bar in all the admin pages" so it will allow you to generate the shortcode and you can copy/paste it.
