WPBakery Editor Not Appearing for Content Templates

This support ticket is created 3 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Use the WPBakery Editor on Content Templates

I expected to see: The WP Bakery Editor

Instead, I got: A link to stop using the WPBakery editor, but no editor.

The WPBakery editor was working fine, but now it is not appearing at all. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox.

I have tried the URL you mentioned above, and I do see the WPBakery Page Builder correctly, see my screenshot WPBakery.JPG

It might be a browser cache problem, please try to clear your browser cache and test again

Hmm, it's working again now (at least on Chrome).
I wonder what is breaking it, this is a persistent issue and normal WPBakery pages don't have the issue.

Can you provide detail steps to reproduce the same problem? thanks
