[Closed] WP – toolset communication issue

This support ticket is created 3 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

When accessing the "Plugins" section of our WP website, i can see the following error message (see attached image) regarding the connectivity between WP and the Toolset server.

We double checked:
1. the key's are added correctly (toolset and even WPML).
2. double checked with the hoster regarding the communication of the server with external applications. We were told that the outbound access is unrestricted.

Can you please assist us so that we can receive information regarding updates, etc. ?
