wp-rocket conflict with toolset

This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When wp-rocket is activated saving a layout results in "There was an error during the ajax request, make sure the data you send are in json format"

When rocket is deactivated saving works.

Hello,

I assume we are talking about the plugin from:

it is a paid plugin, I don't have a copy of it in my localhost.

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, in case it is a compatibility problem with other plugin/theme, please try this:
1) Deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again

2) There might me some PHP/JS error in your website, please enable PHP debug mode, copy and paste the PHP debug logs here, also check if there is any JS error in your website:
