I expected to see: when logged out of the backend, when you search for a fixture – say putting in the word “Cheltenham” we expect to see a list of fixtures within 20 or so miles. It worked on Thursday, but since then it hasn’t.
I see the "Loop Editor" you are using the "Beaver Builder" to display the loop items. Are you really using the Beaver Builder to display the view's loop items?
What if you do not use Beaver Builder and instead us Bocks to build your view's loop output - will that help?
As I see the site you shared is production site and we do not recommend to debug on live site and even if I try to reproduce with clean installation and if it successfully reproduced as the issue seems to be related to compatibility between Toolset and Beaver Builder - you can not expect the fix very soon.
Does it makes sense for you to build the loop output for your view using Blocks instead of Beaver Builder. Using Blocks will also help to reduce chances of possible conflicts of future between Toolset and Beaver Builder.
Ok. So it seems to be related with Beaver Builder new update that should have bring this issue as Toolset do not release any updates yet.
I see another user reporting that they have the same issue what you have the at view displays output only when logged in and not for the logged out users.
Can you please quickly report the issue you reported here in front of Beaver Builder support team and check with them and see if they have fix for this issue?
In addition to that - What if you try to check for plugin conflict especially for "Wordfence Security" plugin, try to disable and check if you see the page working as expected for not loggedin user?
In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the plugins/themes:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any
possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
