The 2.7.4.3 update of Beaver Builder included a change which prevents guest users from seeing the output of a Toolset Content Template, if that template is designed with Beaver Builder.
It affects templates assigned to post types, or used for the output of a View.

That’s the intention, yes.
We just released a Blocks update, so it may be a little while before another update, but I expect that this will likely be included because it is a very simple change to make to our compatibility layer.
