I am unable to get Toolset to work with changing the WooCommerce product archive page (/shop). In fact,

following the tutorial here: https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/designing-

woocommerce-product-catalog/
Broke the shop page (hidden link).

I have tried everything I can to troubleshoot: deactivated all plugins, changed to 2017 theme, etc.

***The site creds I gave you are to a duplicated copy of the site (a staging site), so you may make whatever changes you want, you will not damage or effect the actual site***
----------

I am trying to:
Build a custom WooCommerce Shop Page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
My woocommerce products

Instead, I got:
A mostly blank page

Hi,

Thanks for the details, I can login your website and see the problem.

You are using Layouts plugin to design the shop page, so you can edit it:
hidden link

And a wordpress archive cell, choose existed wordpress archive "Products", and test again

Hi Luo,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to get it to work. Would you be able to get it working, and post screenshots of what you did to fix it?

I've reviewed the links you sent as well as other documentation, but I'm still not able to make it work.

Thanks for your continued help,
David

Dear David,

I have already done the modifications, it is working in your website, see screenshot: shop-page.JPG, you can see it in your website in front-end:
hidden link

Here are detail steps:
1) Edit the layout
hidden link
If you want to repeat the steps, you will need to remove the existed WordPress archive cell in row1

2) Add a WordPress archive cell, see screenshot archive-cell.JPG

3) in the following dialog window, choose existed wordpress archive "Products", see screenshot archive-cell2.JPG

4) Then you can follow our document to style/format the wordpress archive here:
