Tell us what you are trying to do? Site [product] template is broken and I am trying to change template for product but wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpv_wc_views gives permission error

Is there any documentation that you are following? Read about changing location to wp-admin/admin.php?page=toolset-settings but only setting is to Add a container DIV around the post body for WooCommerce styling

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

With the Toolset Blocks 1.5 release, we removed the WooCommerce Blocks settings page.

Now, there is a one known issue while using Layouts as Product template, Can you please try to check the following errata page and check if workaround share help you to resolve your issue:

Since we don't use Toolset Blocks I only updated the wpddl.post-types-manager.class file with no results unfortunately.

Ok - so if you are not using block can you revert the change please for now.

When you say you want to change the product template, but I see you are using Layout, do you mean you want to assign another Layout to display singe post of product post type or am I missing anything here?

Can you please share what steps I should follow to see the issue as well as share admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I can see here you can edit the product Layout:

As you are using Layout, what product template you want to assign? Do you want to create a new product Layout?

The product Layout as shown by the link you provided was actually applied to all single products but now it shows another template/ layout somehow.

I checked and there was a mistake that you need to upload the shared patch file "WCB.php" to woocommerce-views folder.

The errata is updated:

I can see the product page displayed correctly now:

The fix will be added in near future release.
