Hi,

Toolset WooCommerce Blocks 3.1.6 displays the error message “not compatible with WooCommerce.”

I downgraded to 10.3.0, but the problem persists.

(This is a dev site for creating an optimal filter function for this new site in Toolset, so no problem at all to give you direct access).

Peter

Hi Peter,

The issue is with the HPOS method that WooCommerce has by default at the moment.

Please go to this page:

hidden link

And change the Order data storage option to " WordPress posts storage (legacy)".

That should remove the warning.

Please consider that for now we do not support "High-performance order storage (recommended)" option for Toolset WooCommerce Blocks.

Thanks.

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for your quick reply. Two questions:
1. Will HPOS be supported in the near future?
2. It will be a shop that will serve a niche market in several countries. Is it wise to build this in Toolset now? It is much more work now, but it also brings much more flexibility for the future.

Thx
Peter

Hi Peter,

1. Although Woocommerce gives the message, but it will not have an impact on you unless you query orders in the view. If the orders are not queries, actually you can use the HPOS mode with no issues.

The HPOS compatibility is a low priority for us at the time being as it does not affect most of our customers.

2. You can always use Toolset as it is a flexible tool for complex queries.

Thanks.
