Jim

I am trying to: Add a new Gravity form but the "Add new" is missing.

I have checked all permissions for the administrator but nothing is deselected, and also there are no Gravity Forms permisions anywhere.

Once I disable the Toolset Access plugin all is fine again...

Is there somewhere a setting I missed?

Dear Jim,

It is a compatibility problem, in case there is other compatibility problem in your website, please try these:
1) You are using the latest version of Access plugin 2.4.3.2, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again
3) If the problem still persists, please provide a copy of your website, also point out the problem page URL and layout URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
