[Resolved] Why is my issue unanswered after 1day and 16 hours?

This support ticket is created 7 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

1 day and 16 hours ago, and asked to be helped by Nigel. This issue has now escalated as more people have run into it during this time. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to change my preference to "help by anyone". So, if I do not hear from Nigel by this evening (U.S.,PDT) I will have to repost - which I hate to do but, I don't seem to have another choice at this point.
