[Resolved] White screen when i want edit a page

Hello, i'm trying to edit a page but wordpress give me a white screen when i click on Edit button in Dashboard (not front).
I found that if i deactivate Toolset Blocks and Toolset Views, i can edit the page but i lost toolset structure.

I updated wordpress and all toolset plugins to last version. I have to say that toolset (and edit page) had been working until a little bit time ago.

Can you help me to know what is the reason for block and show me white screen?

If you see a white screen it means a fatal PHP error, and you should be able to see details of the error in your debug.log. Knowing the details should help us identify the cause and hopefully a solution.

If you haven't already, turn on the debug log by editing your wp-config.php file and change the line with WP_DEBUG like so:

define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
define('WP_DISABLE_FATAL_ERROR_HANDLER',true);

That will create a debug.log file in your /wp-content/ directory which you can examine in any text editor. Try repeating the steps responsible for the error and then inspect the log.

By the way, you say deactivate Toolset Blocks and Toolset Views, but it should only ever be possible to have either Blocks or Views active, not both.

I inserted your code and activated debug mode but wordpress didnt generate any log file.
If i deactivate Blocks, and activate Views, then i can edit a page, but if i activate Blocks and deactivate Views i cant edit page

That's odd, because it clearly means there is a fatal PHP error occurring.

Could you please share a copy of your site which we can use to test the problem locally to try and trace the source of the error?

I've downloaded the duplicator package from your website, but, the few pages that I tried to edit are showing the edit screen correctly. The few pages, that I've tested are:

- Formulario Bonos
- Area usuario comercios
- Restaurantes de Las Rozas
- Comercios de Las Rozas
- Inicio de sesión
- Política de Privacidad

Can you please share some example pages where this issue can be seen?

The page I was referring to is the homepage (ID:1931).

I cant edit because i get a white screen instead of wordpress editor.

Thank you for waiting, while I investigated this issue, on your website's clone.

It turns out that the 3 "Image" blocks used in the homepage, have incomplete/corrupt code saved in the database, which is why the whole edit screen is getting affected.

You can programmatically remove the 3 image block from the homepage's content using the following code snippet. But, please make a complete backup copy first.

In your active child theme's "functions.php" file, you can include the following code:

After adding the code, visit the homepage on the front-end once and then check its edit screen. Once, the edit screen works, you can remove the code from the file and then add the image blocks again.
