[Resolved] White page on wp-admin

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The user is getting the error Fatal error: Allowed memory size

Solution:

The best advice here is to increase the allowed wordpress memory as it could be that alot of plugins are active at the same time.
The way to do this can be seen below.

Pat

Hello,

I'm getting a white page + 500 error on the wp-admin (WordPress dashboard page) page of one of my sites. The rest of the site (front end and back end) is working fine. The wp-admin page (as a loging page when not connected) is also working fine.

The debugging info on the error page is :
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /homepages/htdocs/mysite/wp-content/plugins/cred-frontend-editor/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/inc/toolset.assets.manager.class.php on line 70

Is this related to Toolset Cred plugin and if yes, how can I move forward?
Perhaps there is a way to display less info on this specific wp-admin page in order not to consume the memory?
Let me know
Regards
Pat

Hi Pat,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

The best advice here is to increase the allowed wordpress memory as it could be that alot of plugins are active at the same time.

It may not necessarily be Toolset forms alone causing the issue, but a combination of plugins active at the same time.

Thanks,
Shane
