I am trying to:

Register Views and Layouts with a new site key.

I visited this URL:

/wp-admin/plugins.php I see, "You need to have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key."

Then I click on the link: /wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial

I expected to see:

A place to input my Site Key.

Instead, I got:

The WordPress Plugin directory.

Hi Brandon,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind providing me with admin access to the website so that I can check on this for you ?

Also could you provide me with a copy of the site key so that I can try it on your website.

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Brandon,

What you can do is go to Plugins -> Add New and then click on the commercial tab.

From this screen you should be able to add your site key.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Brandon,

Thank you for the credentials,

I was able to access the website with this.

Would you mind removing our toolset plugins and downloading a fresh copy and install it again?

Not sure why its not pointing to the right page to register the plugin.

Thanks,
Shane

OK, I tried that, and it made no difference.

Hi Brandon,

In this case I would like to have a duplicator of your website so I can perform some more advanced debugging steps.

To provide me with a copy of your website please see the link below.
