[Resolved] Where are filled in user forms from users accessible?

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Generic custom user fields from Toolset Forms not showing up on user's backend profile.

Solution:
If you've created these generic fields on the form itself and not in Types, then you will need to bring them under Types control for them to show up.

Go to Types and under User Fields, scroll to User Field Control and click this button.

From there check to see if your custom fields are showing up and then you can create a user field group with these custom fields from the form.

NOTE: You will first need to bring the fields under Types control if they show up here.

Hi Matthias,

Thank you for getting in touch.

When you are filling out a user form, the new users are stored in you wordpress users menu on the backend.

For how to send notifications you can check out the link below.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,

I know where to find the user information.
The problem is that the fields shown here are the default fields from WordPress and NOT the customized fields that are in our Toolset user form. Where can we find these?

Hi Matthias,

Did you create these user fields in Types ? If these fields were created as User custom meta fields in Types then they should show up here.

What I would recommend that you do is to recreate your custom fields in Types and then re-add these newly created fields to the form.

This will now allow the fields to start showing up. Another thing you can do is to go to Types and under User Fields, scroll to User Field Control and click this button.

From there check to see if your custom fields are showing up and then you can create a user field group with these custom fields from the form. Note you will first need to bring the fields under Types control if they show up here.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
