I created a list of WooCommerce stores with toolset .

toolset wordpress archive
post type: product

However, recently registered products do not appear in the woprdpress archive list.

If you use the wordpress archive provided by default in woocomerce instead of using the wordpress archive made with product list with toolset, you will see a list of all registered products.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. Can you please send me problem URL and admin access details and let me see whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please tell me where exactly on what URL the products are not shown?

#2603533

1. The products in question are in the image above.
All product URLs in the image have been changed to English, so you can check them on the site.

yaksa.site/product/(product slug)

2. To check when the products are visible and invisible

toolset -> wordpress atchive -> product archive -> loop selection
If you check the product in , there are not visible.

on the other way

toolset -> wordpress atchive -> product archive -> loop selection
If you uncheck product in , you can see it.

It is visible when woocommerce archive is used instead of product archive.

I can see all the products on product/shop archive page: hidden link

It seems its the sorting order, you set the archive view to order by post title ascending, do you want to display same as backend?

#2604293

in the present state

If you enable wordpress archive 'product archive' in toolset (check the product in loop selection)

Only 14 items are visible in the list.

however
If you do not use the wordpress archive 'product archive' of the toolset (uncheck the product in loop selection)
There are 27 lists.

The actual number of products is 27.

I thought it would be good to give you the yaksa.site admin ID

hidden link

The above page was created as a view.

The same phenomenon exists here.

If I register a new product, it is not visible in View and wordpress archive

#2604645

Hello,

I am checking it in your website, will update here if find anything

#2604651

I have tried these in your website:
1) Create a new page
hidden link
Add a view block:
- Query product posts
- Without any filter

2) Test it in frontend:
It works fine:
hidden link

So there should be some other issue in the your view page:
hidden link

There are some extra filters in above post view, can you check them one by one?

#2604673

It doesn't seem to be an extra filters issue.

When I create a new view, it works fine.
I think it will be solved by creating a new page with View and creating a new wordpress archive.

I don't know why.

I'll make two new ones.

hidden link
hidden link

In the existing view above, all products are not displayed, but in the new view below, all products are displayed.

#2605011

I made a new one and all the problems were solved.

It's the same code, but the original code doesn't show up even when a new product is registered, and the newly created page works normally.

Can you explain why?

#2605069

It might be an exception of your website, there might be other custom codes/plugins/theme are taken effect on your old page.

Since your website is using 30+ plugins and a custom theme, I am not sure which one conducts the problem.
You can deactivate all other plugins and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, and test again.
If the problem is fixed, then activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
