I am trying to:
I wanted to separate website into two different ones, one with Toolset CPTs and CFs, other with LMS system only. Since I already have a lot of content/courses, I would like to avoid rebuilding them and adding students back to each. When I deactivate Access, Tutor LMS menu with all the submenus disappears, even when I reset Access.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
You can see it unless you login as Admin.

I expected to see:
I didn't expect Access to affect Tutor LMS at all, since Tutor LMS was installed a few years after Toolset plugins.

Instead, I got:

Hello,

Since it is a compatibility issue with other plugins(Tutor LMS), please try to reproduce the same problem in below test site:
hidden link

I need to test and debug it in a live website, thanks

I can't replicate the problem in this vanilla environment. Can I privately send you credentials from a copied website where this problem is visible?

#2464871

Please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem URL, Where I can see the problem:

I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Please try these in your website:
1) Activate Toolset Access plugin
2) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access Control-> Custom Roles, enable "Advanced mode", find specific user role, for example "Adminstator", Change permissions, add below two custom capabilities:
- manage_tutor
- manage_tutor_instructor
3) Deactivate Toolset Access plugin, and test again
It works fine in my localhost with your duplicator pacakge, see my screenshot tutor.jpg
