I have created a set of custom fields for a custom post type.
The set of custom fields includes a set of radio buttons.

The radio buttons have three options: 'Free', 'Premium' and 'Platinum'.
I have set 'Free' to be the default option.
At least one option must be selected in order for the post to be saved.

The issue:

Under two conditions, an attempt to save the custom post will fail, with the error message "This field is required' appearing above the radio button options.

Condition one: No option is manually selected, leaving 'Free' selected by default.

Condition two: Before attempting to save the post: first a non-default option is selected, then 'Free' is selected.

This is happening on a site that I'm prototyping on a local host (not internet accessible).
But if you need to see it, then I should be able to upload the site.

Hi, can you edit this custom radio field and show me a screenshot of the option settings? I would like to see the configurations as shown in the screenshot here. Also can you let me know if the issue occurs in a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox?
