When I submit the form of creating new user using CRED form , error occur .

I tried to reproduce this on a test site, but I had no problem using a CRED form to create new users.

Can you please list the form settings for me (or include a screenshot) so that I can try and reproduce it with the same settings.

If that doesn't help I may need to come back to you to request a site duplicate.
