When I edit a page, not its content.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have attached an image with what appears to be an error when updating the Toolset version.

On the other hand, when I try to edit a page it remains blank and does not show anything, when I disable the plugin it allows me to edit, but the site sends an error.

Your help please.

Hello,

The Toolset installer feature is embedded in Types plugin, but you are using old version of Types plugin to run the upgrading, it will conduct unexpected result.

Please try these:
1) Backup your website database first
2) Delete and reinstall Toolset Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
All Toolset settings are saved in your website database, it is safe to delete plugin files.
3) Follow our document upgrade other Toolset plugins
