[Closed] When filter saving fails, everything is greyed out, changes WILL BE LOST!

This support ticket is created 2 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

When I try to save changes in a custom view and it fails, everything is greyed out, it´s nearly impossible to copy anything from that page, all changes are lost!

Toolset behaves like this on every site I edit.

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Are you experiencing this behavior on the websites hosted on the same server? And is there any error or warning on the screen, in the browser's console, or in the server's error log, when this happens?

You're welcome to share the temporary admin login details of any website, where the affected view is available, along with the view's name.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
