[Resolved] when a guest tries to create a new account, the CRED new user is not shown

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

Thanks, that was what I needed.

The user is now shown the login or create account links.

However, when a guest tries to create a new account, the CRED new user is not shown. Even though I gave access to it for guests with the access settings.

I will reset the password so you can login

I assume we are talking about the user form "Create Account":

This user form can only create new Subscriber users, after a guest submits this form, he is still a guest, I suggest you follow our document to send an email to new user with login credentials, redirect him to the login page, after the new user logged into your website, he will see the "Add Adoption" post form.
