Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
You won't be able to upload a video to our website. Instead, upload it to an online service such as Google Drive or DropBox and share its URL here.
I might also need to get access to your website to check this closely. If you would agree, your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
Thank you for sharing the credentials and the two pages. But, I am sorry, I still do not understand what is the issue.
Can you add the video link or explain in steps, such as:
1. I go to xxx
2. I do xxx
3. I expect to have xxx
4. Instead, I get xxx
Thank you for sharing the videos, but, unfortunately, it is still not enough for me to understand, maybe because of the language barrier. Can you explain in this way:
1. I go to xxx
2. I do xxx
3. I expect to have xxx
4. Instead, I get xxx
3. I expect that "Only View(custom search output) is loading "
But in reality, Search-field and View(custom search output) disappear together and then appear.
4. I'm setting both "Custom Search Page"(hidden link and hidden link)
the same.
However, the results shown are different. (please watch second video on my instagram)
I want that The issue page(wrong page, hidden link) is working like hidden link
I understand that you do not want the white screen while an AJAX call is in progress, right?
It seems that the working page has two views, one of them has a white screen and the other does not. The one working is the view that does not have a white screen. Frankly, I was not able to find the origin of it, but as a workaround, I added this custom Javascript code to the view and it fixed the issue.
