But, then, is the Avada theme better than the one you suggested before, Astra Pro?
Apart from this, what I wanted to know is whether CSS and HTML are needed using Views, WordPress Blocks and Toolset Blocks, or do I need a Page Builder too?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Francisco,

My apologies i meant to say the Astra theme instead of Avada. Astra is lighter than Avada, plus astra has a free version.

Apart from this, what I wanted to know is whether CSS and HTML are needed using Views

You can create your views with no html or css as views will generate the html for you based on which output style you choose. This would be a very basic output.

If you want something specific or a specific output style you will need some basic html and css usage if the default output is not what you want.

WordPress Blocks and Toolset Blocks

There is no wordpress blocks, it is their gutenburg editor which can be used to design the output of the view. This does not require the use of HTML or CSS as the editor will generate the structure for you.

It really depends on how much functionality or customizations you will be doing if you want to use the default gutenburg editor or a dedicated page builder plugin like the Avada pagebuilder, Divi Builder or BeaverBuilder.

Thanks,
Shane

The problem is always when you want designs not allowed by the tool that is being used.
The pity is that the page builders on the market have incompatibilities with Toolset. I know very well DIVI, however the combination of DIVI with Toolset is very painful and produces many problems. 🙁

Hi Francisco,

Right now the best tool to use is the gutenburg editor. Though it isn't as feature rich as some of the premium builders that are out there.

I'm not sure how best I can be of assistance with this but these are my recommendation.

Thanks,
Shane
