we've got problem with the extension tool set, we bought it and having problem

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Have you received any email as the administrator, with detailed errors or warnings?

I can view the website now, so is it possible you've managed to fix this after writing to us?

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share the exact steps to see the issue.

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I noticed that your website has a very old version of the Toolset Types plugin (1.9.1).

You can follow these steps:

1. Please go to WP Admin -> Plugins and deactivate the Toolset Types plugin.

2. You can download the latest version 3.4.7 from the plugin's page ( https://toolset.com/download/toolset-types/#changelog ).

3. Next, please install the new version from WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add.
( select yes, when you see a confirmation about overwriting the old version )

Once you have the latest version, you'll be able to use the plugin's features as normal.

Please share the detailed steps and any error/warning that you see, in case you run into any issue after the update too.
