We cannot get it to work

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi All

We have been tryoing to get toolset working but without any luck. We already tried to use the tutorials and contacted support, but we cannot get the connection between layouts and views etc.

So we were wondering if there was a 1-to-1 training possibility. I think 1 hour teamviewer would be enought to point us in the right direction. We use enfold as the theme, which is not necessarily supported. However, we tried with the default theme from WP and also could not get it to run.

Would be great if we could get this kickstart.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you explain to me what exactly the issue is , are you getting an error when you are installing the plugins or are the plugins not working as intended.

If possible could you also provide a screenshot
