Problem:

The issue here was that the user was getting the error
Warning: constant(): Couldn't find constant BASIC_SCREEN_ID

Solution:

This is quite a strange warning. Is it possible to reinstall your copy of the Types plugin to see if this will resolve the issue ?

It could be a case of missing or corrupt files. You can download a fresh copy of the Types plugin from the link below.

Today I noticed a warning show up on the contact page of my site at the bottom:

Warning: constant(): Couldn't find constant BASIC_SCREEN_ID in /home/byerscre/staging/1/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/inc/autoloaded/constants.php on line 27

You should be able to see the issue live here: hidden link
I searched for this warning via Google, but only found one other thread that didn't explain its resolution: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/warning-constant-function-constant-couldnt-find-constant-ep_permalink/

I've checked my wp-config.php file to ensure that WP_DEBUG was set to false. I also checked the Toolset Types setting to ensure that debugging was also set to false there as well, so I'm not sure why a warning is showing up on the front-end.

Lastly, I've tried disabling all other plugins and switching to the Twenty Nineteen theme, but the warning remains. Please advise.

Thanks Shane. I think it was the Views plugin that was actually causing the problem, so I deleted and reinstalled it from the Commercial plugins tab. This did the trick.
