Visual Editor: Unable to use the "Fields and Views" dialog

This support ticket is created 6 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: add a field (post body) using Visual Editor

I expected to see: the "Fields and Views" dialog should be popping out

Instead, I got: the dialog hides in background. I could not choose anything from the dialog

(It's ok to use "Toolset Forms", but not "Fields and Views")

Hello,

It is abnormal, might be some CSS conflicts in your website, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins
2) Deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, clear browser caches and test again
3) If the problem is fixed, try to locate the problem plugin/theme by activating them one by one.
